1. Introduction

Welcome to Besh African Adventures. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Booking and Payment Policy

All bookings made through our website or directly with our agents are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit of 30% of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Full payment must be made at least 30 days before the start of the safari or tour. Failure to complete payment within the specified time may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. The following cancellation charges apply:

• More than 60 days before the trip: 10% cancellation fee
• 30–60 days before the trip: 30% cancellation fee
• 15–29 days before the trip: 50% cancellation fee
• Less than 15 days before the trip: 100% cancellation fee

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after receiving your cancellation request, minus applicable fees.

4. Travel Documents and Insurance

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates, as required by the destination countries.

We highly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, cancellations, and loss of property.

5. Changes by the Company

Besh African Adventures reserves the right to alter itineraries, transportation, or accommodation when deemed necessary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, political instability, or operational challenges.

Any major change will be communicated promptly, and we will make every effort to offer comparable alternatives or compensation where appropriate.

6. Liability

Besh African Adventures acts only as an agent for hotels, transport operators, and other suppliers. We are not responsible for any loss, injury, delay, or damage caused by the actions or negligence of these third parties.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when making bookings and to respect the local laws, customs, and regulations of the destinations visited. Any misconduct or violation may result in termination of your trip without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, text, images, and materials on this website are the property of Besh African Adventures and are protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
